NANO TECH

Set up in April 2004, Nano Tech is a national high-tech enterprise who has been committed to the research and development, production and sales of silica aerogel and its composites. In 2011, Nano Tech officially settled in Shaoxing Binhai New Area, now not only owns 32,000 square meters plant area and all kinds of auxiliary facilities, but automatic production lines with annual output aerogel 8,000,000 square meters. It is the earliest, biggest and most reliable developer and manufacturer of nanoporous thermal insulation material “silica aerogel” in China.

R&D strength

As the main drafter of the National Standard of Reinforced Nanoporous Aerogel Products for Thermal Insulation, Nano Tech has been evaluated by authoritative experts composed of academicians from two academies, the technology of Nano Tech is at the international advanced level, filling the domestic gap, and owning independent intellectual property. Up to December 2018, Nano Tech has obtained 28 invention patents, 6 utility model patents, has passed Quality Management System Certificate, Environment Management System Certificate, Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate, has acquired high-tech product certification of Zhejiang Province.

The R&D Department has a team consisted of well-known experts, professors, doctors etc., equipped with High Precision Thermal Conductivity Tester, High Temperature Thermal Conductivity Tester, Gas Chromatograph, Thermal Analyzer, Material Mechanics Testing Machine and other advanced equipment about thermal insulation.

Development History

2004

Introduced the "Preparation of silicon dioxide aerogel technology using rice husk ash as raw material" project from Tsinghua University and established Shaoxing Nanuo High - Tech Co., Ltd.

2006

The pilot - scale production line of silicon dioxide aerogel was completed. After appraisal by experts like Academician Qing Huakang, Fei Weiyang, and Tang Xisheng, it was confirmed that the product filled a domestic gap and its process technology was at an internationally advanced level.

2008

Cooperated with Tongji University to develop and build the first domestic silicon dioxide aerogel production line.

2011

Registered and established Zhejiang Nano Technology Co., Ltd., later renamed Nano Tech Co., Ltd.

2013

The first production line in the new plant area of Nano Tech Co., Ltd. was put into production.

2015

The second production line in the new plant area of Nano Tech Co., Ltd. was completed.

2017

The national standard GB/T 34336 - 2017 Nano - porous Aerogel Composite Insulation Products, mainly drafted by the Nano tech, was officially released;  Zhejiang Xingnuo Technology Co., Ltd (a fully - owned subsidiary) was established.

2018

Participated in one national key research and development project.

2019

Ningbo Hoshine Group Co., Ltd. invested in Nano Tech Co., ltd.

2021

Completed production line technical transformation, expanding production capacity to 30000m³ ; The company’s aerogel insulation blanket passed the provincial key first - batch new material identification.

2022

Recognized as a national specialized, special and new “little giant”.

2023

Participated in Zhejiang Province’s “Sharp Blade” “Luling” research and development tackling project and one national key research and development project.

2024

Compiled and released the Application Technology Regulations for Nano - Silicon Insulation Blanket (DBJ 33/T 1118 - 2024).
