Aerogel Coating

The coating is made of preferred SiO2 silica aerogel powder and silica microspheres with different diameters of microspheres filling each other to achieve thermal insulation effect. The aerogel thermal insulation coating is prepared by special synthesis process. On the surface of the coated object to form a layer of dense thermal insulation layer, can effectively block the sunlight thermal radiation and external noise into the room and the conduction of thermal radiation in the air, reduce the internal and external heat exchange of the coated object.

Aerogel coatings are made primarily from lightweight, hydrophobic, and heat-insulating silica aerogel powder. Using a special process, the powder is uniformly dispersed in a thick coating medium to form a slurry.
