    Custom particle size and surface chemistry. We offer aerogel powder in standard grades (D50: 10 μm, 20 μm, 30 μm) and custom-milled grades down to D50 < 5 μm for specialized coating applications. Surface chemistry can be modified between hydrophobic and hydrophilic for specific formulation compatibility requirements.

    Free samples before commitment. We supply application-specific samples at no charge to qualified buyers evaluating our aerogel powder and particles. This allows you to validate performance in your own formulation before placing a commercial order.

    Quality documentation. Each batch of aerogel powder and particles is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) covering particle size distribution, BET surface area, thermal conductivity, bulk density, hydrophobicity, and chemical purity. Third-party test reports and material safety data sheets (SDS) are available on request.


    Packaging, MOQ, and Ordering


    Custom packaging (vacuum-sealed bags, moisture barrier packaging) is available for export orders. All products are certified for export and can be accompanied by full customs documentation including MSDS, HS code declaration, and origin certificate.
